The Intergenerational Schools are committed to providing a learning and working environment that is free from discrimination on the basis of sex, in accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and related federal and state laws.
Non-Discrimination Statement
In accordance with Title IX and applicable law, The Intergenerational Schools do not discriminate on the basis of sex in their education programs or activities. This includes, but is not limited to, admissions, academic programs, extracurricular activities, athletics, employment, and all other school operations.
Sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and retaliation are prohibited forms of sex discrimination.
Title IX Coordinator
The Schools have designated a Title IX Coordinator (Aaron Davidson-Bey) to oversee compliance efforts, investigate complaints, and ensure a prompt and equitable resolution of all Title IX matters.
How to File a Report or Complaint
Any student, employee, parent, or community member who believes they have experienced or witnessed discrimination or harassment on the basis of sex may file a report or complaint by contacting the Title IX Coordinator by (Aaron Davidson-Bey) email, phone, or in person. Reports can also be made anonymously or by a third party.

Training and Education
The Intergenerational Schools provide regular training for staff, administrators, and Title IX personnel on recognizing and responding to sexual harassment and discrimination, and on maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for all students and employees.
Retaliation Prohibited
Retaliation against any individual for reporting, participating in, or opposing a Title IX complaint or investigation is strictly prohibited.
