Become a Learning Partner
Learning Partners are volunteers who visit our classrooms weekly to read with students, practice math skills, and build meaningful one-on-one relationships. These partnerships enrich the school experience for everyone involved. Students receive encouragement and individualized support, while volunteers experience the joy of contributing to a child’s growth and connecting across generations.
Learning Partners come from all walks of life: retired professionals, college students, parents, young professionals, and community members who want to make a difference. Each volunteer brings their own experiences, perspectives, and enthusiasm into our classrooms. No teaching experience is required, just a your presence and willingness to help students discover the joy of learning. Volunteers typically commit to one hour per week during the school year.
